Meet Rob Neidlinger
Graduating from Penn State University in 1998 with a Civil Engineering degree, I’ve always pushed myself to be the best—on the mat, in the field, and in business. As the former captain of the PSU wrestling team and the current owner of Central PA’s largest team of Realtors, I bring discipline, leadership, and drive to everything I do.
Since 1998, I’ve built over 150 homes and currently manage 285 rental units across the region. I also own and operate Creek View 55+ Community, a 224-unit mobile home park dedicated to affordable living for seniors. In 2017–2018, my construction team and I flipped 84 homes, bringing neglected properties back to life and putting value back into local neighborhoods.
